These terms are placeholder while Loov is in private beta. A full Terms of Service drafted by counsel will replace this page before general availability. By using the product today, you agree to:
- Use Loov only for your own M&A advisory work and not for any unlawful purpose.
- Keep your account credentials secret and report any unauthorized access promptly.
- Own any content you upload (documents, drafts, time entries, buyer records). Loov stores it on your behalf; we don't claim rights to it.
- Acknowledge that the product is still in active development. Features may change. Downtime may occur. Don't use it as your sole source of truth for irreversible decisions.
