What we collect
We store your name, email, firm name, and the content you upload (documents, drafts, deal records, time entries, buyer records). We use Clerk for authentication and Stripe for payments — those providers receive what they need to do their jobs.
How we use it
We use your data to run the product for you. We do not sell your data. We do not train external AI models on your content. When the AI Associate generates a draft, we send the relevant deal-room content to our model provider (Anthropic) for that single request, under their zero-retention policy for API customers.
Where it lives
Postgres (encrypted at rest, hosted by Neon, US-East). Documents are stored alongside the database for now; we'll migrate to object storage (S3-class) before general availability. SOC 2 is on our roadmap — we'll begin the audit process as customers require it.
Your rights
Email privacy@loov.coach to access, export, or delete your data. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
